PURCHASE SCOPE
The purchase receipt and immutable order record identify the Licensee, licensed font styles, license type, usage tier, and permitted scope. If they conflict with this general schedule, the narrower recorded scope controls. Font Software is licensed, not sold. The grant is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable except where these terms expressly permit finished output.

Use this license for organization-wide Desktop use by the company or company group identified on the purchase record. Licensed Users and legal entities are limited to the purchased enterprise tier.
PERMITTED USES
- Install and use the font for internal and external Desktop design work across the covered organization
- Maintain a private managed font library accessible only to covered Licensed Users
- Share editable internal files among covered Licensed Users
- Produce the static, outlined, rasterized, printed, and rendered output permitted by the Desktop schedule
NOT INCLUDED UNLESS EXPRESSLY RECORDED
- Affiliates, franchisees, clients, contractors, or agencies outside the purchased organizational scope
- Website, app, ePub, server, SaaS, merchandise, broadcast, or commercial-template rights
- Public libraries, external collaboration platforms, or transfer of Font Software outside the covered entity
Corporate coverage expands authorized users and entities; it does not automatically combine every separate embedding or distribution license.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Keep the Font Software reasonably secure and accessible only to properly Licensed Users.
- A backup copy may be retained solely for disaster recovery.
- Clients and production vendors may receive static, outlined, rasterized, printed, or rendered output, but not the Font Software.
- Do not sell, lend, share, sublicense, publish, or redistribute standalone font files.
- Do not rename, convert, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative or competing font software except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
- Do not upload the Font Software to public repositories, public font libraries, or an unlicensed third-party service.
- Purchase an upgrade before exceeding the recorded users, devices, domains, traffic, applications, titles, servers, units, sales, productions, campaigns, or organizational scope.
- All ownership and intellectual-property rights in the Font Software remain with the designer or applicable rights holder.
This license schedule and the immutable purchase record form the applicable usage terms. No right is granted by implication. Continued use after a material breach is not permitted unless the breach is cured and the required license is obtained.
