Limitations

For larger teams or more devices, an enterprise license is required.

Allowed Uses

• Usage on one self-hosted domain.
• Up to 10,000 monthly pageviews.
• Styling headings, body text, and website design elements.

Prohibited Uses

• Hosting or providing the font for public download.
• Embedding the font in email templates.
• Using it on multiple domains without proper licensing.

Limitations

For traffic above 10,000 monthly pageviews, an extended or enterprise license is required.

Allowed Uses

• Use in one mobile or desktop application (iOS, Android, or WebApp).
• Unlimited downloads for that single application.
• Secure embedding where font extraction is not possible.

• Allowing readers to extract or reuse the font as a design asset.

Limitations

For subscription libraries, large catalogues, or app-based reading platforms, contact us for a custom license.

Allowed Uses

• Server-side rendering of fixed visual outputs such as PDFs, images, and documents.
• Use within one owned or operated service.
• Serving the generated output to your customers or end users.

Prohibited Uses

• Exposing the font file or font-generation access to end users.
• Allowing users to download or install the Font Software.
• Using the font across unrelated services without additional licensing.

Limitations

For SaaS platforms, high-volume generation, or multiple services, contact us for a custom license.

Allowed Uses

• All rights granted under Desktop, Webfont, and App licenses.
• Creation of products for resale, including templates, merchandise, and digital goods.
• Use in large-scale commercial projects and campaigns.

Prohibited Uses

• Selling or distributing the font as a standalone product.
• Sharing the font with third parties outside the licensed organization.

Limitations

For exclusive rights or large-scale usage such as TV, films, or SaaS platforms, contact us for a custom license.

Allowed Uses

• Editing the design in your own Canva account.
• Personal projects such as invitations, planners, journals, cards, and gifts.
• Posting the finished design on your personal social media accounts.
• Printing the finished design for your own use, in any quantity.

Prohibited Uses

• Any use connected to earning money, directly or indirectly — including a business page, a fundraiser, or an unpaid favour for a company.
• Use for a client or an employer.
• Sharing the editable Canva link or the design files with anyone else.
• Selling, giving away, or redistributing the design in any form.

Limitations

One buyer, private use only. If money changes hands anywhere in the project — yours or anyone else's — the Commercial tier applies instead. Moving up later is a separate purchase, not a top-up.

Allowed Uses

• Everything permitted under Personal Use.
• Marketing, branding, packaging, and social media for your own business.
• Client work, where the client receives the finished design rather than the editable file.
• Paid advertising, printed materials, and physical products — with no limit on print run, quantity, or number of clients.
• Use by anyone employed by, or working within, the organisation that bought the license.

Prohibited Uses

• Selling or giving away the design file itself, edited or not.
• Selling products whose value is the artwork rather than the finished item — templates, asset packs, print-on-demand artwork, digital downloads.
• Sharing the editable Canva link with anyone outside the buying organisation.
• Registering the design, or any part of it, as a trademark.

Limitations

The finished work may be sold; the design file may not. To sell products where the artwork itself is what your buyer is paying for, the Extended tier applies. One organisation per purchase — a separate legal entity, a subsidiary included, needs its own license.

Allowed Uses

• Everything permitted under Commercial Use.
• Creating products for resale from the design — printables, merchandise, packaging, digital goods.
• Selling those products through your own store and through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, or Creative Market.
• Unlimited projects, unlimited clients, unlimited sales volume.
• Modifying the design as far as your product requires.

Prohibited Uses

• Reselling or redistributing the design file as a template, however heavily edited.
• Offering the asset as a free download, a lead magnet, or part of a template bundle.
• Claiming authorship of the original design.
• Registering the design, or any part of it, as a trademark.

Limitations

What you sell must be a finished product built from the design, not the design itself. The test is simple: could the person who buys from you use what they receive as a starting point for their own designs? If yes, that is redistribution, not resale. Ownership of the design stays with Ekayasa — for exclusive rights or transfer of ownership, contact us before purchasing.
