1. The marketplace
Hive Glyph publishes digital products created by independent designers and studios. The creator or rights holder identified on a product page retains ownership of that work unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Hive Glyph provides the storefront, purchasing experience, licensing framework, and digital delivery.
2. Product information
We aim to describe product contents, formats, compatibility, creators, prices, and available licenses accurately. Colors and visual presentation may vary by device or software. You are responsible for reviewing the product description, technical requirements, and selected license before purchasing.
3. Digital products and licenses
A purchase does not transfer copyright, authorship, or ownership of a product. It grants permission to use the purchased files under the license selected during checkout. Product-specific license terms form part of these Terms of Use.
Free products may have different licenses. The license displayed on the applicable free-product page governs that download. A zero price does not mean unrestricted use.
4. Orders and payments
Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment. Payments are processed through PayPal, including card payments made available through PayPal. PayPal may apply its own terms, verification procedures, currency conversion, or security checks.
Prices and available licenses may change for future purchases. A change does not alter the license already attached to a completed order unless we and the customer agree otherwise in writing.
5. Accounts and download access
You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting access to your account. Download availability depends on the relevant product, completed order, account, and applicable purchase terms. Contact us if you believe your account or download access has been used without authorization.
6. Prohibited conduct

8. Support and corrections
If a purchased file is defective, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact hello@hiveglyph.com within 14 days of purchase. We may request information needed to verify the order and diagnose the issue. Where appropriate, we will first attempt to provide a correction or working replacement.
9. Refunds
Digital purchases are governed by the Hive Glyph Refund Policy. Refunds are not provided merely because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong product or license, or encounters a compatibility limitation that was disclosed before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Third-party services
The website may rely on third-party services such as PayPal, WooCommerce, hosting, and email infrastructure. Hive Glyph is not responsible for a third party’s separate service, terms, privacy practices, or temporary outage, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or catalog. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where reasonably possible, we will assist verified customers with legitimate access problems affecting completed purchases.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, digital products and the website are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Hive Glyph is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a product. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting any mandatory protections available to a consumer under applicable law. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so both parties can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Indonesia unless mandatory law requires another forum.
