Finding your order
Sign in with the email address used during checkout and open your account orders or downloads area. The available options depend on the product and order status.
A download is unavailable
Confirm that you are using the purchasing account and that the order was completed. If the file is still unavailable, contact support instead of placing a second order.
Damaged or incomplete files
Download the archive again and extract it with the built-in archive utility on your device. If the problem continues, send us the order number, product name, device, and the exact error message.
